Novotel Paris Gare De Lyon

The pool was a great feature of this hotel, giving us a chance to relax and cool off after a long day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

We had an incident where we needed assistance with a split finger, but despite calling reception for help, there was no response.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Here, I had access to an indoor swimming pool, so I can stay active and relax. The hotel's location was perfect because it had an easy access to transportation and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Also, the staff provided great service, always there to assist me if I needed anything. I enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink on arrival which was a nice touch.

It's practical hotel with amicable staff

Great location near Gare du Lyon with easy access to restaurants and the metro. Rooms are modern and well-furnished. The swimming pool is a hit with kids and there is a designated area for them to play. Staff at reception and the restaurant are friendly and helpful. Plenty of nearby bottle shops with affordable French wine. Good breakfast options available near the station.
